Class Offerings

  • Flow

    Rooted in the eight limbs, a Flow class will take you through a Vinyasa inspired class to explore yoga asana and gain the physical benefits of the practice. Expect an all-levels experience with accommodations and variety offered to suit your yoga practice. Class length is specified on the schedule.

  • Flow + Restore

    A practice of flow and rest, that ends with the sweet surrender of restorative poses. Find balance in this class that will give you the best of both worlds.

  • Gentle Flow

    An all levels flow class that focuses on moving through a fluid series of postures with the breath as a guide. Expect a slower pace, longer and more supportive holds, and opportunities for rest.

  • Mindful Moving Into Meditation

    An all levels class requiring no prior yoga experience.  Explore slow, gentle and intentional movement, bringing somatic awareness to the moment to moment experience.  Following the movement practice, this class will culminate in a short seated or prone meditation.

  • Restorative Practice

    Our restorative practices offer opportunities for rest and recovery, accessing the fascia, finding a meditative state, and allowing the body to be in supportive stillness. Expect to utilize props and experience longer holds to access the benefits of each posture.
