Where are you located?
Our studio is located in Boston’s North End at 236 Commercial Street. Enter the building and head towards your left down the small hallway. The studio is on the left and the waiting room is through the next door.

How do I get there?
There are limited metered spots on Atlantic Ave, as well as some 2 hour parking spots behind the studio on North St. We are 0.3 mi from the Aquarium stop on the Blue Line, 0.4 mi from State on the Blue/Orange Lines, and 0.6 mi from Haymarket on the Orange Line. The #4 bus stops right outside our door.

What should I bring?
We have everything you need once you are in the space. However, if you prefer to bring your own mat, you certainly can. Please bring a water bottle; there is a water station available.

I'm new to yoga. Is this for me?
At HYB, we welcome any and all levels of practice, from beginners to seasoned practitioners alike. Let your teacher know your level of experience and they can guide you safely throughout class.

Do you have locker rooms?
We are a small but mighty space that does not currently offer locker rooms or showers. We have a bathroom and a changing stall. You can bring your belongings inside the studio space and put them in a cubby while you practice.

Our class prices are listed on our website. We offer inclusive pricing via a Supported Rate. Please email us and we are happy to accommodate you.

Of course you can! Please see our rates and email us to set up a time.

Do you offer parties or private yoga events?
We are happy to host your bachelorette party, girls’ trip, or other gathering for a tailored, celebratory yoga class with your favorite people! Please email us for more information.

What is your cellphone policy?
We kindly ask that your phone is silenced and put away during class, to respect the space, others, and your practice.
